Degree in Psychology from Odessa National University. Apart from his basic psychological training Oleg has gained qualifications in a number of psychological schools. Niels Ackermann, 28, works as a photojournalist for Swiss and international newspapers such as The New York Times, The Financial Times, The Walstreet Journal, Le Monde, die Neue Zurcher Zeitung.

Yaroslav has 5 years experience in internet marketing and has worked with such brands as Sony Ericsson, Chernigivske (SUN inBev), Microsoft, Lyuks (Kraft Foods), Platinum Bank, etc. He was holding the position of Social Media Marketing Head at Prodigi, and prior to that Yaroslav had founded an internet marketing agency “SM Digital” and NGO "Internet Initiatives".

Olena Boytsun is an international economist and a Ukrainian chess player (Woman International Master). Olena founded the All-Ukrainian Charity Foundation "Chess for Children" and acts as the President there. The mission of the Foundation is to discover the potential of every child through the game of chess and to promote chess and healthy lifestyle in the society.
During 2010-2013 Olena has organized in Ukraine a number of chess events on the international level that attracted a lot of attention from Ukrainian and international press and promoted chess in Ukraine. She is also the Head of the International Cooperation Commission of the Ukrainian Chess Federation and the Councillor of the Events Commission of the International International Chess Federation (FIDE). Olena represents Ukraine as the delegate to the European Chess Union and the International Chess Federation.
